Man, suddenly looking at the crowd in the video... made me think of all of Israel at maybe say, below the mountain waiting for Moses. There were many more people there at the mountain of course.

It's funny, because my original post was so innocent. I was just asking anybody from Israel if they found the explosives offensive at the show! It wasn't meant to be patronizing. It was a serious question! I understand Tel Aviv is not the West Bank, Palestine, but my question, I thought, was appropriate. Shalom.

No. Not in the aggression sense. What I meant was that you deal with random violence on a level that none of us in the U.S. are subjected to. It wasn't meant to be a trite remark...I don't know what the 'big brother' reference was, other than an assumption that in the States we all worship reality tv. lol. Unless you meant a Orwellian reference to big brother, I don't know. You'll have to clarify. Write again...I'm interested in your opinion.

I think they may have seen enough explosions in the skies in Tel Aviv... Seriously though...was anybody that attended offended by the explosives? I'm just curious.

It wasn't a "dumb question". There's no such thing as a dumb question, if the peron asking it is sincere about the inquiry. Now you may take offense because you feel I'm ignorant about the level of violence. I probably am. I've never been to Tel Aviv and my perception of the Middle East is probably jaded by our media. Having said that, why not just say "hey, you know I feel like you got it wrong, but thanks for caring enough to ask how we feel." How many Americans even bother to ask you?

its OK but the quality of the video wasn't too good to watch...

"Ignorant and stupid"? Are you familiar with the prinicple of "projection"? Look into it, because this feeling you are expressing is on YOU. Nothing I said in my initial post would indicate I was calling anybody "ignorant and stupid." Sounds like you need to take a closer look at your OWN feelings. And that last comment about cars is just insulting. Now WHO is sterotyping? Generalizing a bit about Americans, aren't we? You probably think we all support Bush too. Projection. Look it up.
