Hi Paul, very good video again with proper progressions! I can press to handstand (straddle, tuck, pike) and my handstands are pretty good with shapes etc. I am pretty flexible. My bent arm strength is my limiting factor and I really want to unlock the HSPU to get my handstands to the next level. Currently in my push training I start with the partial ROM HSPU chest to wall and pike push ups for reps afterwards. I am really only able to bent my arms for a reallyyy small amount in the partial ROM HSPU chest to wall, I will be able to get deeper over time right?

When doing the HSPU and lowering down where do people typically feel the finger pressure, front or heals ? I ask this because feeling the balance point while lowering is a long road...you tipically under balance or overbalance and I wonder if there are cues that can help for both situations.

More heel of the palms for me, your'e much stronger pushing that way. However with the concentric I'm trying to use the fall to overbalance to help pull me back up so there will definitely transfer forwards at that point but still pushing through palms
