I've just come across your channel Pearl whilst looking for Indian Christmas dinner recipes, so pleased i found it. I'm not Anglo Indian but parents were Irish mum and Bangladeshi dad, (Bangladesh was once part of India pre partition). I love how youve made these dishes and taken into consideration not everyone has access to an oven. I hope i can recreate your dishes.

When I saw this video you reminded me so much of my Mum who would saute the mutton roast and chicken roast just like you and since we didn't have a bake we would roast the potatoes in the fry pan too. She would also make a lovely stuffing with nutmeg for the chicken roast. Thank you so much for sharing your Cauliflower and Cheese recipe...I always thought one had to bake it. This recipe looks so delicious and easy to make and am glad I don't have to bake it! Shirley Rego

Hi Pearl, I've just discovered your videos and enjoyed making the Anglo Indan Ball Curry last Sunday. Your voice was very soft and I could barely hear you, despite turning up the volume of the speakers...but I managed somehow..perhaps you didn't have a speaker on you. The twist of mixing the curry gravy into the meat was a good suggestion. There was no time to make the yellow rice but it still tasted good with white rice.

Hi Anthony, yes sorry about the volume, some phones had that problem and some didn’t so couldn’t understand that, but got a new mic now so hopefully the new videos don’t have that problem 🙏🏽❤️

Hi Ralph, yes pressure cooker will do well for the lamb roast put it for 20 mins and then check it and if needed then an extra 10 minutes, and then brown it as shown . 👍🏻❤️👌🏻

Here is the Uk I put it In the oven to heat up and some in the microwave but I explained at the end of the video how we heated it without the oven in india 🤗👌🏻❤️

Thanks Frank for your feedback, yes some phones can hardly hear it, but other friends of mine said that they can hear it very clearly, but recent videos have got new microphone 🎙 so hopefully the sound is clear in all my recent videos 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽👍🏻

@@pearlskitchen9999 I am very much into the souls in purgatory. I have a list of 50 souls. The greatest is a young 22 year old girl who was murdered Christmas day 1991. I came to know about her when I saw her murder investigation. I started to pray for her as she was abandoned by her relatives none of whom attended her funeral. When I prayed for her plenary indulgence on 17 Nov 2020, her name came up on my computer all the time when it was impossible for it to happen. So she was contacting me to thank me.
