@@Zorpazorp Prynhawn da! Make sure you visit Three Cliffs Beach in Swansea, it's close to where I live, and it's absolutely insanely gorgeous. Make sure you stand atop Pennard Castle and take a look over the beach from this viewpoint. It's gorgeous!

It seems like you sometimes have a discussion with your friend about a rule interpretation, then cut that footage out so the video goes straight to the decision; if you leave the debate in, we can all benefit from the reasoning and you’ll be teaching us as well as entertaining us. I just got this box of the Pelennor fields and its amazing and looking at your videos makes easier to understand the rules of this game. There is still somethings that I dont understand also because of some language issues jaja for example: the movement of the riders of Rohan its suppose to be 6'' but the horse its 10'' this means that the riders moves 10 or 6? That is the same case of the witch king mov: 6'' or 3'' from the fell beast? Or the movement of the horses and the fell beast just can be used when they dont have a rider? Amazing channel and artwork btw jaja

So Rohan riders move 6" but when they have their horse they move 10". The Witchking on foot moves 6", the Fell beast when it has to walk can only move 3", but the only time it has to walk is if it has to enter terrain it can't land on, the FLY special rule gives it move 12" :) Glad you're enjoying it man! I feel like Rohan shouldn't suffer from the moving and shooting penalty. They are meant to be MASTER horse riders no?

loving the video just one thing in the scenario rule book it say just to use the throwing spears for Rohan. but it is not a big deal and dose not rune the gameplay too much.

It's hard. But if you've a war gaming community you can build the starter, add a couple of units. And then get people going with your minis. If you handycap yourself a little, then they're got this awesome new game that they think they're good at, I bet you'll get some converts.

Absolutely not! We only did in these videos because we were following the scenario guidelines 😁 check out some of my other batreps and you'll see the terrain addiction 😂😂

Great videos, thank you for making them. I have a really dumb question re: Rohan and throwing spears. In the older Two Towers version the ruling was that each model could only through 1 spear, then you had to find a way to mark that as done. In this new version does this rule still stand? sorry for dumb question!!!!!! thanks Gary

Hey Gary! Not a dumb question at all mate, I remember those days it was such a pain haha. There is now no limit to how many times a throwing spears can be used :)

Honestly this would be great. You could format your videos in 'phases' rather than uploading one big video too (gives you more 'time' in the video to go into some lesser explored aspects)

Hi I'm a french new player and i have a question: At 11min , a morannon (fight value 3/5+) decide to stab when facing a rider (fight value 3/5+). It seems to me the morannon could feint and so couldn't stab. (Cf rules manual p 87 about special strikes) Where am i wrong ? Bravo pour les vidéos +1

Just got into LotR SBG, started playing and have a question. From what I can tell, a throwing spear (used with Rohan Calvary) is considered a throwing weapon. It states a throwing weapon cannot be used in a fight. So if an Orc, charges a mount with a throwing spear, can the fighter not strike? Also do you know of any good forums for this game? Thanks

Hey buddy!! Riders of Rohan also have a have weapon, they simply add the throwing spear to their wargear :) So in combat they fight with their sword or axe. All the forums are dead now the community has moved to facebook, check out our facebook page facebook.com/groups/zorpazorp or the Great British Hobbit League and go from there :)
