The plaintiff claims the defendant tried to hit on her and she had to fend him off with a knife. She says he then stuck a gun in her face and kicked in her car door. She’s suing him for the cost of car repairs. The defendant says he met the plaintiff at the liquor store where he works, and claims she’s the one causing the drama. He denies damaging her car and is countersuing for harassment and emotional distress.

Some of the best dealers I have known don't look or act like dealers that's why they're so good at it no one suspects them of doing it. Then after a few yrs of saving money doing it they will pack it up and relocate and live happily ever after. That's the secret to staying under the radar of the 50 is to get in and out its when a person gets greedy and sloppy that they get busted. Smh

It's not new for certain types of people. In all honesty I wouldn't be surprised to hear these same types of people don't consider this 'real' court. One can argue Judge Millian is more celebrity than judge. That being said, these types of people look at their case as their 5 minutes of fame, so they want to look, what they interpret as being, cool/not giving a f+*k/ hard/whatever you wanna call it. It's a lack of morals in their upbringing, which fosters an environment in which the wrong things are learned, and the wrong things are glorified. This manifests into the ghetto fabulous examples we see from time to time. It's very sad in all honesty. I can't help but wonder what these men and women could have accomplished had they been in a different home growing up. Potentiality, countless medical breakthroughs have been lost, would-be presidents, etc. We will never know. And for the record, trash comes in containers of all colors. Let's be real, trashy is trashy, regardless if home is a trailer in rural Mississippi or government housing in California.

Have mercy on my soul!!! Who comes on TV and blatantly admits to dealing? This is what thugs look like when they're all dressed up for court. You can dress 'em up anyway you want, but they are still criminal and still streetwise and scary. Guns. Knives. Scary people no matter how nice they look. Even the texting is nasty and gross.
