I LOVED this case, but especially the ending! This is the absolute best example of justice being served! Karen thought she was going to win for sure😂 she actually had the car impounded out of spite to cause the man to pay to get it out, which was way more than the car was worth. She did that because she was angry that he left the car and wanted his money back. If she wouldn’t have been so greedy and spiteful the whole court case probably wouldn’t have had to happen. Poor Karen! I just love seeing REAL justice being served right up. Sadly, it seems like a rare thing! Oh and I must add in my book here....this judge is some kind of FOXY!!!!

Interesting the amount of information one can achieve when they have a “friend” who’s an officer. I’m sure her friend who slipped her all that info and was quick to impound the car, can AGAIN work something out with her to get it released.... Her problem now! It can be fun to be petty but sometimes that boulder rolls back down onto yourself.

Wow! The Judge got this one exactly right. The seller made unauthorized modifications to the vehicle after the sale which voids the previous agreement. Milan's judgments are a little spotty on automobile cases. I was kind of worried, especially when she called the guy sketchy. Pork Butt knew exactly what she did that's why she refused to let the car sit on her lot.

Of course, shady law enforcement would be trying to threaten him. And then they have the nerve to demand public support. Hard to do when you do “favors” for family, friends, and people whom you think are “good.”

Defendants face changed after judge said she will award plaintiff money. Defendant had a smirk when she was asked if she had a police officer friend.

If the tow yard knew they wanted to sell that car, without the lights and whatever else, then they should have done that work first, then advertises car for sale. Not advertise a car for sale sell then after the sell start removing things from it.

Judge , a smart car is a car create to park in small parking lot like we have in Europe : when you live in big cities in Europe , it’s a pain to find a parking place : this is why these car were created in 1995 in France ....

Was not buyer remorse- the defendant damaged the vehicle afterwards . If the plaintiff didn’t get his money back, he should have gotten recompensed for the electrical and decal damage. Defendant knows the police, or didn’t tell the whole story when the cop came. Probably knows the tow yard as well.

The plaintiff's swaying made me seasick. But I heard the defendant lie. The judge should've called her out on that. But I'm glad the plaintiff got the verdict.

It seems as if this lady is a scammer and possibly scammed multiple people trying to buy that car. She intentionally tells buyers she needs to remove lights from the car, then has her mechanic rig the car so the check engine light come on and has electrical problems. Then when the upset buyer leaves, she sits the car outside her lot and has her FRIEND who's a cop come write a ticket and a "abandonment" report. She didn't count on the plaintiff taking her to court and actually calling the impound lot and getting info on the car. When he said the price to get the car her immediate reaction was "why would they give him that information?" even though "it's not my carrrrr" . I'm sure she takes thousands from people. Gets the car impounded and auctioned off then she buys the car back for like $500 and rinse and repeat the cycle. I say this cause if you're intending on selling a car , WHY TF WOULD YOU WAIT FOR A BUYER TO REMOVE LIGHTS THAT YOU WERE PLANNING ON KEEPING REGARDLESS? Would you remove everything you wAnted on the car before selling it? And what car lot does work on the car after being paid? Makes NO sense. She's a scammer.

When she asked if the plaintiff will drive the car. He waaay to tall for the tiny car.

I had CarToys installed a new Stereo-deck in my car. Six weeks later while I was driving at night my electrical system went up in smoke. I took it to a lic mechanic and they said it was the stereo harness, that whoever installed the radio crossed some wires. CarToys said no, it wasn't the installation that caused my $1,500.00 in electrical damage. I couldn't find a shop that will put it in writing because of the legal battle they would have to deal with CarToys. Yes, if you don't know what you doing you can cause major damage to a car's electrical system. PS don't go to CarToys their nothing but high-end scammers!
