It's so obvious this man has an aversion to doing anything that requires the smallest amount of effort. To come into court and say credit card companies refused to send you statements from accounts that are in your name is a LIE if I ever heard one. If anything, they probably tried to charge him to reprint those statements and he didn't want to pay. Both of these people are slow as hell.

i laughed so hard and felt so bad for him. He really needs help and is not comprehending what the Judge is saying. He knows it happened but he can't prove it because he didn't get the paperwork together before he went to court. This is the main reason why we as parents and future parents need to really explain filling out bank deposit/withdrawl slips, reading/understanding credit reports, home equity, appraisals, property taxes, credit history, APRs, taxes, filing taxes, FICO scores and lines of credit mean and understand it. This kills me because I feel like this man IS telling the truth he just doesn't know what the differences are and how to obtain them. Idk what they are doing in schools now but a Credit/Tax class is needed that's more in depth than the regular Economics they need to pass in order to get their Technical or College Prep diploma.

It made me feel weird, though. Yes, he didn't bring proof, but she kept talking over him and berating him whenever she asked him a question. And she kept repeating the same thing over and over again when he just wanted to finish his sentence. He's not dumb, he understood the first time that he didn't have any proof, but he still wanted to finish explaining it. I actually found myself getting a bit annoyed by the judge, and I've watched a few other videos of this judged and it does happen sometimes. Judge Judy can do worse and still doesn't have the same frustrating vibe. Sure, he interrupted sometimes as well, but she asked the questions and didn't let him answer either. He said multiple times that he didn't want to disrespect her, he just wanted to finish saying what he had to say, and she didn't let him and even said he was "barking". It was all very weird, and the lady with the constantly surprised eyes didn't help.

@Pumpkin have you ever been around a person who speaks in this manner? Those phrases are phrases of disdain and disregard. It's spoken when someone feels that explaining their point isn't really worth their time and they are doing the other person a favor by telling them whatever the true point it. You don't do that to a judge. I honestly feel like he did it because she's a woman. I'm almost certain that he wouldn't talk over a male judge like that.

The way she reacted was weird, and I've seen Judge Judy do worse, so that says a lot. And don't come here with that. As a woman myself, I'm actually sick of women throwing around that this or that happened just because a woman was involved when a man reacted a certain way. So if he were a woman doing that you wouldn't think that anymore? There's double standards written all over this. Anyone can speak over someone else. Not everything has to do with gender. He said more than once that he didn't want to disrespect her, but she talked over him even when he said that each and every time. I'm telling you people steal all the time and sometimes when you talk to the car companies they give you completely ass and I'm information. The judge could have taken the time to call and see what they said, and if they said the same thing that's when she should have turned into the judge and say you're completely wrong

He literally came in saying "Thing 1 stole from me and Thing 2 was in on it. I don't have evidence, but my credit score is bad and I didn't do it". 🤦🏽♀️yea I can see how he has a hard time. Unfortunately you need to stay on top of checking your credit score, bank account, etc.

I work for an attorney's office and we do credit card debt. All you have to do is request validation of debt. They will send you all the statements. Then you have to ask for a fraud review. They will do the work for you and let you know the outcome. The only time they can't mail you statements is if you already have a judgment on the file. They'll send you a copy of the judgment if that is the case, he would have been sued for the credit card debt, in which case a sheriff or process server would have served him with a lawsuit. He's lying.

He’s been in and out the system and you can tell. He folded his arms just like dudes I know I came up with who are institutionalized. That’s jail behavior. She even said she was in and out. BUT...10 years ago when my mom passed away, suddenly all my credit cards got canceled and my husband got condolence letters on MY death. I mean it was kinda funny at first until I had to jump through every hoop for 3 years to get my credit straightened out.
