2 tbsp Black Peppercorns
3 inches Ginger
2 tbsp White Vinegar
Salt
850 gms Chicken
2 Tbsp Oil
4 dried red Chillies
1/4 cup Water
Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Tried this for lunch on a lazy Sunday. Perfect, mouth watering and delicious yet so simple. Looks wonderful on the 🍽 too. I liked the use of vinegar and the punch from a bit of extra pepper.
