Angela Tautfest but she would probably be even angrier if a size 0, 110 lb girl was criticizing her. If I were her, I’d rather have someone (Charlie) who has been in my position criticize me than someone (a size 0 model) who hasn’t. Charlie is criticizing her because Chantal acts like it’s impossible for her to turn her life around even though Charlie (someone who, even though she is still obese, has lost a considerable amount of weight) is living proof that that’s not the case

They might be starving themselves to lose weight (the eating once in a day sort of challenge) and then the body starts starving because they're depriving themselves of calories and their stomach capacity increases due to huge portion intake. So they might actually be hungry/starving.

I used to do this when I was overweight. I'd wait all day just so that i could say that and make myself feel like I wasnt actually BEING fat even though I fully knew the status of my weight. It was just so I could eat a whole pizza and drink all the soda i want without feeling bad about it. Delusional is right. 8,000 calories is still 8,000 calories no matter what time of day I start eating them.

Yeah.. I usually fast for 16 hours a day, then eat for around 8 or so, and whenever I’m fasting I’m normally never hungry. And I’m definitely not eating near enough calories that they eat in a day. If they eat 8,000 calories a day that’s a good 6-7 days for me

@@annastascia878 Even if it were around 2k she would still lose some weight at this stage lmao, her massive body alone takes more than 2.5 a day to keep itself just about alive. A lot of obese people think they need to starve themselves when they can easily do 1.2-1.5k calories a day and would still lose weight with some light exercise, because basic tasks are so much harder for the body to do.

The only time I'm ever out of breath while speaking is when my dumbass forgets to breathe. But I honestly feel really bad for both Amberlynn and Foodie Beauty. It's obvious that food is seen as something more than just food to them. It almost seems as if they treat it like a friend. I really hope that they get the help that they need.

Anybody who has watched my 600 pound life knows that they have to be consuming thousands and thousands and thousands of calories to maintain their weight. Both of them could easily lose 50 pounds in a month if they actually stuck with a diet.

Starving is a process. Weight loss is infact starving. So they are actually starving. But it to reach exitus it would take them months. They could literally starve for months and survive no problem. But they don't like that feeling cause they are so addicted to food.

it’s kinda funny how foodie beauty tries to call out charlie for how much weight she’s lost yet progress is progress. at least charlie is making progress. the only progress amberlynn and chantal are making is gaining more weight and being closer and closer to their heart failure. and chantal tries to say “fight me” i’m tryna figure out how she’s gonna fight someone when she can’t even get out of a chair without struggling and is out of breathe while eating. charlie may have her problem but at least she’s working on solving it. someone tell chantal to take three seats, bc ik she can’t fit in one.

As a big girl trying to lose weight, it bothers me that they excuse the portions because it's "healthy". You honestly might as well go binge if you're gonna eat a 5 portion meal. You can eat whatever you want, but to actually see progress you have to follow portion sizes.

I'm late to the party, but a store employee told her she can just leave the motorized cart there and she had to walk Becky's cart to the front of the store to get another one. She said it took her ten minutes, her back and feet hurt, and she lamented having to do it because she said it was very painful. Very sad.

i've been battling with anorexia for about 5 years now and every time i relapse, i say "i know what i'm doing" and " you don't need to worry" 8:22 i knew she had a problem, but being able to connect it to a problem on the opposite end of ED's really solidified the fact that she needs help.

Imagine going to a coffee shop for coffee, ordering an iced blended drink that says "Red Velvet" and then acting disgusted that it's "all sugar." You know what else is all sugar? RED VELVET CAKE. This is the kind of stuff I see a lot though. People bitch and Starbucks and Dunkin for their sugary drinks but... They order drinks that will be sugary just based on the name? (Also, aren't the noodles non-vegan? Typically spaghetti noodles are made with eggs.)

As someone who is 5'2 and use to weigh 300 pounds, fad diets NEVER work. i lost m 100+lbs by simply eating better, less and working out. if you're trying to lose weight, please don't try fad diets. please just eat healthy, work out, and simply care enough about yourself to take care of yourself. Most if the time it is not food, it is lonliness and feelings that you are stuffing with food. I myself was a really strong smoker and addicted to alcohol. And plus that i was overweight (im current losing weight).

Apparently regulations state that companies only have to ensure its at least 80% vegetable fat to be considered margarine which means some companies still add dairy to have it taste more like butter

6:05 holy shit that whole thing of basmati rice though. Like that could feed my family of 3, especially with the curry? Then there's the giant samosa (I could eat like 2 for a meal) and that huge naan (again, I would have that as a meal by itself with maybe 100g of chicken curry or something, not as an add-on)
