I was nearly put off trying in the first place because of all the so called essentials and expensive tools etc etc. Was wondering is there an easier more accessible way to give it a shot and then found this channel. Have my first batch of ginger beer fermenting at the moment and will try the mango IPA from this channel after. Thanks my friend.

Thank you for an excellent tutorial. As per my understanding, at each temperature you need to switch off the burner and wait for specified time, right? Like reach 45 degree switch off the burner and wait for 10/15mins, then again switch on the burner reach the next temperature 52 degrees and switch off the burner and wait for 15 mins..and so on. ? Also which hop and yeast to use? any particular type? If I need to make a gallon (19 liters) of beer can I simply double the ingredients (including sugar)?? How to make a strong beer 5-8% alcohol?

Salut, I just drink my own beer according to your recipe. It was spectacular:-D. Just one note. I add same sugar qantity to some bottles as you and to some just half. Probably it can happend because I used bottom fermentation beer yeast but those bottles with 10g sugar/1l made a geyser as Champagne. Bottles with only 5g sugar /1l were ok as usual beer. I also used coffe filters for bottling because without that I have too many yeast at bottom.

Nice method. Would be a light easy-drinking lager. Perfect for summer. I notice you dont skim the yeast, perhaps not easy with a fermenting vessel like yours. Also no finings?Looks very drinkable!

Hi Thanks a lot for sharing the recipe Question : How much beer will be made at the end ? I mean lots of that 9 litre will evaporate in the boiling process . Do you add cold water after boiling to bring it back to 9 litre ? Because after the boiling i have 5 litre of wort left . And do you put the lid when boiling ??? Thank you
@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato
@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato 6 жыл бұрын
Yes, more or less 5 liters. No water after and no lid when boiling

Hello, and thank you for all the great content. I’d like to try making this but I’m wondering if you can recommend a specific type of malt for this beer. Also, I do not have access to fresh hops where I live. I can get the pellets. If I use pellets would I use 20 grams or is that too much? I noticed you got an ABV of 2.5 but I’d like to get an ABV of 5% or more. Is this possible? Thank you
