Yes, jimin's vocal color is so unique. People mistake it as autotune. If u want to hear a vocal combination of Suga and Jimin, try watching tony montana (live perf). And yes Jhope singing is chef's kiss

That’s so true! It literally hits so close to home! I first discovered them through their Fix You cover, which blew me away, never in a million years had I though they were such talented and amazing souls. I had heard of them but I literally thought they were just your typical boy band, and I’m not a huge pop fan so I had never checked them out for this very reason. Oh god, was I wrong 😂 after the fix you cover I have watched this and they blew me away even more, I was shook with dynamite, their vocals and the fact that they were having so much fun, and then Save Me and especially Spring Day did the rest. I completely fell down the rabbit hole, and I’ve never been happier honestly. I’m still a baby army, but in these past few months I’ve literally listened to every freaking song (their rap/hip hop songs are absolutely insane), I’ve watched every video possible on them. I’ve literally grown to love them as if they were my close friends, I feel as close to them and their music as I’ve never experienced with any other artist or group honestly. They are such amazing souls, so kind and humble. And just crazy talented. And imagine, after seeing just Fix You and Tiny Desk, I still had no idea about their dancing and performances. I WAS JUNGSHOOK. The MMA 2019 performance still haunts me to this day. Moral of the story, I hope that our value as “baby armys” is not any less than others that have been around longer, because I just fell in love with them in no time, like literally. They are now part of my everyday life, and it’s crazy to think that they have the ability to make me smile, laugh or to make me extremely emotional. I once read this boy’s comment which was something along the lines of “it’s not you that find them, it’s them that find you when you need them the most”. As Jk said, “in difficult times like this” they have literally been my Spring Day. Thanks BTS, thanks Army. We are them, they are us. 방단 사랑해 💜

And I’m so glad to be part of this fandom, like I’ve said, we are them, they are us. We are wholesome together, even if they don’t really know us. I was a new ARMY when I watched Tiny Desk Concert, and was blown away with their amazing vocals. This is where I discovered Save Me and Spring Day. It made me stan BTS more.

*Jhope is called the GOLDEN HYUNG---because he is a triple threat..can RAP, SING and dance. He is the best singer out of the rap line in my opinion. He serves as one of the primary songwriters for the pop and hip hop BTS, of which he is a member, appearing as a credited writer on every album released by the group since their debut in 2013.J-hope was promoted along with the fellow BTS member RM to join with Suga as the full member of the Korea Music Copyright Association..J-Hope has written over 100 songs,including music for his career as a solo musician, band member, and songs for other performers. J-Hope's work as a writer for musicians outside of BTS has been minimal. In 2012, before his official public debut, J-Hope featured on the track "Animal" by former labelmate Jo Kwon. He also participated in the writing team, which included Swedish EDM producer Avicii. He also worked with South Korean music pioneer Seo Taiji to adjust portions of the track "Come Back Home" from the album (1995). The track was eventually performed by BTS at the Seo Taiji 25th Anniversary concert in August 2017*

You getting emotional over Hobi singing live is everything...It makes me emotional, too 😔 there's something in his voice that is very soothing and makes me feel a ease and comforted. I wish he could release more songs like blue side, I would listen to them everyday for therapeutic purpose. Triple threat, good dancer and performer, good rapper, good singer. An amazing musician and entertainer overall, a fun and caring personality... It's ok I too talk to BTS through the screen all the time 😂

Jimin's voice is unique and so beautiful that is why it is my favorite, it has so many colors and shades that it is incredible and it gives me goose bumps every time I hear it, it is exciting. Please can you review a compilation of his voice, so you can see that he has a wide vocal range not only does he make very high notes also his grunts and raspy voice is crazy, I think they have already left you the link to this. 💜JK + J Hope 💜 One of the best harmony is Outro: Wings (stage mix) by Brilliant , 4’ 17.... It is so beautiful..... I cry whenever I watch! These 7 angels are so so awesome! Jimin having two voice colours when he does lower notes is so true, His voice sounds like two seperate voices blending yet repulsive of each other Sometimes people mistake his voice to be autotune effect because of this

Definitely! In the live performance for "Crystal Snow" I first thought that Jimin's mic had some sort of effect added to it when he started singing.

@@YouandMe14 Sorry but the interaction with Suga you liked so much is actually Jimin not JK. It is easy for you to mistakenly think it was JK because camera didn’t capture Jimin but if you listen carefully, you would recognize Jimin’s voice, not JK.

JKs pitch is perfect and with his clear vocal it always comes out perfect. (Also harmonizing king) V VIBING- literally the best thing ever. Honestly I hope we all have the vibes that he has through life lmao With Jimin, it’s because his literal vocal chords are physically built higher then most men. Therefore it sounds so unique. So even though his vocal range isn’t the biggest compared to say V, he can hit the highest notes. This is why bts work so well. They have it all ♥️

This performance was absolutely magical. While flashy stages and choreography certainly add an element of theatricality and magic to a performance, the fact that they are able to captivate an audience with just their vocals alone goes to show BTS' sheer talent and charisma. I absolutely adore the change in arrangements in these tracks, as it brings something fresh and different to their live performances - something you can only get from watching them live. When you have time, I would love to see you react to some vocal/singing compilations of J-Hope. Whilst his vocals were indeed lovely in this concert, I can promise you that you haven't seen anything yet! There is a reason why we refer to him as the Golden Hyung 😉💜

This performance is so special. And yes you have heard Hobi's vocals before but you haven't realized it yet. He is an excellent sub vocalist and has a really nice soothing mid-tone. He's layered a lot with the vocal line in Film Out you can really hear him in the opening Ooooo-oooo la la la la la la's.

The live performances of Spring Day are pretty unique with J-Hope and Jin getting a bit more lines than the studio version. I think there’s also some slight alterations in the harmony placement as well, like……. I think JK harmonizes a part in the live performances whereas in the studio version, he doesn’t.

With regard to the tiny desk concert. NPR stands for National Public Radio which would be the equivalent of BBC Radio. It is a commercial free radio station and their tiny desk concerts attract big artists.

Jimin's and Suga's voices harmonize so well in the song, I hoped it was there in the original version also. Their voices are opposite to each other like dark and low with pitched and bright. Jhope's and jk's voices also harmonize really well, Jhope's voice feels very raw and gritty whereas jk's feel smooth and trained to be sweet. Jhope has such a unique voice it captivates me every time, he truly is a package I can't get enough of. He can dance, rap AND sing which is crazy and he also writes lyrics and produces music which is amazing.

My reaction was the same as yours earlier this year when I first heard J-hope sing on this (after which he became my favourite). I immediately went to check out the video which as you know is also amazing (and made me read The Ones Who Walk Away from Omelas) but I love watching the live performances of Spring Day too just to hear his vocals. no wonder that they gained so many new fans after this performance.... i feel that over the past year they've really improved in terms of vocals, each of them did so well, and you can see how much they enjoyed it, which made the performance even more enjoyable... and spring day always hits different, i'm especially in love with tae's part in the bridge, and yes all those harmonizations are absolutely beautiful!

Your enthusiasm in every reaction video is like a burst of happiness! I love how you were so charmed by each members vocal abilities however I did notice when Hobi was up in Save me, your facial expression changed slightly and you could tell you were enthralled. Then with the first “bogoshipda” Hobi sang in Spring day, I believe I saw you melt a little bit lol! In regards to their outfits, I felt they were perfect in keeping with the season and the overall theme of the “tiny but not so tiny concert” since they performed this last September and the colors were autumnal....including Namjoon’s and Yoongi’s glasses....even Jin’s hair color lol! I genuinely look forward to your reactions as you truly engage with every aspect of the performance you’re watching.

I like this Tiny desk concert, I listen to it more than 20 times, and never get bored !. With nothing to capture our attention , we can focus on their amazing voices. I love Hobi's part in Save me, and Spring day, so soft and suave, Jin golden voice, Suga and RM strenght and flow, the perfect voice of Jk and the way he built each song , V southfull voice, and ... I love Jimin. Jimin's voice hit me each time, direct in the heart, and in this type of performance (same for Armypedia or MTV Unplugged), we can all clearly hear not only his incredible high range, but also his very special et unique tone and color of voice . Like 2 vocal cords that vibes together, a little cry behind a cristal sound, maybe like a violin. I don't know the name of this little thing, specially in English witch is not my langage, but I love that. I love the seven of them but Jimin's voice touch and moves me the most.

If you want to hear their raw vocals I suggest you to react to BTS Map of The Song: 7 behind the scenes where V covered Christmas Song by Night Cole, Jimin covered Jin's song Epiphany and Jungkook covered Moon and Awake by Jin. I'm a day late but I just wanna say that I love that you acknowledged the beautiful harmony between Hobi and Jungkook. It's my absolute favorite! Also, Hobi was supposed to be a vocalist in the group and he still provides a lot of the backing vocals!

RM learned english from watching Friends TV Show. The others are learning from english teachers and/or Netflix. RM has stated that Jungkook has made the most improvement. Jungkook has said that he wants to learn english so he can communicate with Army and to help RM with english interviews. JK can also rap. I read somewhere that V was originally going to be a rapper and J-Hope a singer. But, V wanted to be a singer. So, J-Hope agreed to be a rapper.

Honestly, this is probably the best BTS performance they've ever done (vocal-wise). The mix was perfect, the band (DOCSKIM is a genius), they felt very free and creative in this one.

Clean, suave, beautiful, quality, range and every vocalists dream. Dammit, I stan 7 amazing artists. The quality and techniques they have individually is so apparent here. Helps to understand their quality vocals and inspires me to develop my singing more too. Helps that they are angels too of course 😂😍 One of my top 5 favourite BTS videos out there, and thats saying something. I go back to this frequently to never forget that I stan these talented men for reasons that are not just superficial 😍💜💜

Tiny desk was a gift for army, we were missing them so so much. About spring day, I love Hobi part in this song, his voice is always calm and beautiful, and his smile is everything Thanks for this reaction 💜 You should watch armypedia "bts talk show". They performed three songs that I think you're gonna love! And, obviously, the whole video is too funny 😂

Haha, yes I did, but somehow it slipped my mind. I think it was because in "Fix you" he was "only" harmonising with someone and I'd never heard him sing a solo verse before? Can't explain, it just suddenly hit me 😅

Tiny Desk is on American National Public Radio (hence the NPR)...It is an extremely prestigious show, and only the best of the best are invited...It's a very big deal that they got asked. And yes, all the shows are "stripped down". This truly emphasizes the artists' vocals and personality. These are called (Home) concerts cuz they can't have them in the NPR studios cuz of the pandemic.

I was soooo excited to see you had watched this performance by BTS. It’s one of my favs because you can really just focus on their crazy-good vocals. I really love this Dynamite version ~ so good.
