Also something that works for me in preventing cramps is not eating cold foods like ice cream or anything straight out of the fridge. I see a lot of ppl eating ice cream on their periods, but for me it just makes it more painful.

I find the best period product that works for me, is period underwear. I find it easy and comfortable. But if let’s say i had a heavy flow and had to change a bit more often and then all of mine were not clean, then I would use a sanitary pad. If i’m swimming I prefer period swimsuits over a tampon or smth bc I don’t feel comfortable with smth going inside my body like that.

5:40 - Even though we're supposed to avoid sharing our menstrual products, I'm always happy to have someone to share their pad with in an emergency, like if I don't have one with me. Or vice versa, if someone else doesn't have one and I can be their helping hand.

I'm "old" and my friends and I have always shared menstrual products when necessary. I've never heard of it being unsanitary TBH. As long as they are still wrapped I see nothing wrong with it.

another tip!(btw this could be false): Eat dark chocolate, whenever I'm on my period I eat Dark chocolate since it helps me feel better and happier, It might not work for you but it works for me.

Usually, if something is hurting during your period, it's common to use a heating pad or something else that you can heat up and use to warm the particular spot. Taking ibuprofen is also a common solution, although I personally try not to take too much of it because it's not really good for your stomach!

Not all tampons need an applicator. You showed the ones that do not, but did not mention them or explain their use. I think it's important young girls know of these also. It is not unsanitary to share a wrapped, unused menstrual product if someone else should need one.
