If I could have recorded the entire fight, then you would have seen that every Brave Blade resulted in a critical hit but I think this gets the point across even if most of the damage was done through Theurgy.
At the very least Strega now have interesting fights and decent gimmicks although I do prefer their November fight since they can shift with each other.

P3 Movie 4 perfectly showcased how truly terrifying he is in his original form, SEES had no chance of beating him at all. Movie Ryoji is a menace compared to Game Ryoji.

Messiah is more powerful. At 99 he is resistant to all elements reflects light AND dark and null to all physical attacks

I wish Thanatos had a genuinely good unique attack, Door of Hades was complete trash so I don't miss it here, but I would like to see a unique and totally devastating physical attack that represents his full strength, perhaps a Theurgy since they cut half of the Fusion Spells anyway. He's such a Badass in the cutscenes and in the design, but in-game it's easy to find any Persona better than him.

@@Cthululululu With Messiah it would be sick, the savior and the emissary of death together, but a "remake" of the rooftop scene would also be sick af, perhaps similar to the movie, Orpheus launches some fireballs and Thanatos gives the final blow. Damn, now it makes me sad to think that it didn't happen

I love how they made it so the many of the story focused bosses can't die in one attack. They need plot armor to avoid getting demolished in one turn 😭

Is there something missing in my playthrough?? I'm just 2 full moons away from the final boss battle and i still don't have Thanatos. I have played p3p too but never had him there. Is this a dlc or something?

Thantos only requires the maxed out death arcana and to be level 78 (73 if you have the Sun Arcana like I did) to be fused.
