What I find most impressive about Broshida is that he figures out that you are one of the Phantom Thieves without us giving him a huge hint in form of changnging the heart of the Person the Confidant has Problems with a few days after we learned pf them like it happens with all the others. No he just learns about you and your personality and figures it all out. Broshida is awesome.

Yeah, I mean, he may have learned a lot that the PTs are juveniles who have at one point in their lives been let down by society at large. Spending time with you narrows it down to the point where he assumes that Joker is a PT himself.

Yoshida is awesome! He's the kind of politician we could use is real life. He's actually the first confidant I maxed out. I liked him that much.

I like the sentimental character, but in reality the opposite beliefs are the correct ones. I'd probably be a Shido supporter in real life.

This was one of my favourite Confidants/Social Links of all Persona games. Yoshida is such an awesome character, I really like the guy. The coolest part about this Confidant in my playthrough was that I maxed out Charm when I raised his Confidant to Max. It felt so awesome, like he had really taught me everything about being charismatic.

Like him too. He also has one of the most persona-esque Confidents in P5 (with Mishima). It´s about him excepting his past failures and go ver it. No mean bully that gets a change of heart and everything is fine.

I admit, by the time I finished his second last confidant rank, I teared up a lot. Putting aside the other dumb shit he's done, having to hear just how much he was going through for embezzling funds, even if framed for it, was saddening. When he finally got the leeway to sweep those problems under the rug, and gain the advantage he so needed to raise in both rank and popularity in the political world, he silently neglected that. He was essentially saying, "I have grown to be a better man for a better tomorrow, all because of a mistake I never committed.". We will surely meet at the peak, Broshida.

A good politician like him is quite rare. I also happened to meet one when I was young, he's quite kind, down-to-earth and cares about his people. When he greeted my family, he greeted kindly and spoke to us like he was a father to his people. Unfortunately, he passed away due to helicopter accident. Until now, I still can't forget every single kindness he had done to his people.

Yoshida has become one of my favorite characters in any video game. He's just trying his best to do what he thinks is right, and his arch isn't too bad either, plus he perks are really good. I wish more politicians were as cool as him. What I don't get is why I think he's one of the most adorable anime characters I've seen. MAYBE if Atlus didn't make him look like a pug puppy, he wouldn't be my favorite character by design. I don't see many people sharing that opinion (I guess I'm just weird) but he looks cuter than most anime characters. Also, his english voice actor is the same guy who voices Rigby on Regular Show, so that's pretty damn cool.

Except the part where parts of the Crowd suddenly go from "BOOOOOO!" to "WOOOHOOOO" in a flash, that´s a bit artificial but the segment where his fellow Politicians tried to involve him into their affairs was shockingly realistic and intriguing

Now i remember why i wanted to max Toranosuke. He has the SECOND BEST ability in the game. Having the ability to gain access to higher lever personas is AMAZINGLY good too. But cannot compare to kawakami massage

As someone who is just now playing Persona 5 since it finally came to Xbox I'm pleasantly surprised to see so much support for Yoshida. I was convinced once I met him that he was an underrated character for being so average looking and having such a initiative requirement to get him. Since you can't travel outside at all at the start of the game and still can't get to him once you can leave the cafe I had all but forgotten this man till just before starting Kaneshiro's Palace.

Had been doing my first playthrough of P5 Royal and he was the first person I maxed along with getting max Charm. It was seriously heartwarming that he got me to that point but I felt equally sad because that meant we wouldn’t have more times with him ; v; BRONOSUKE FOR PRIME MINISTER!!!

Broshida's arc is really saddening to me not because of what he went through. But also for the commentary it has on reality. There really are some genuine, strong-willed, hopeful, promisable, and righteous politicians out there who will always play fair do what is ethically and morally right. What's sad is they will mostly always get brought down by the scumbag politicians who will do what ever it takes to win for greed and clout. God, our democratic systems are fucked.

The problem I have with the politicians in my country who are always blaming the other side for being dirty and corrupt while ignoring everything dirty and corrupt on their side. 2016 was ridiculous. Hillary was a no good lying cheat who would’ve done anything to win yet she lost. You don’t beat someone that dirty playing by the rules. Trump was not clean at all. Then 2020 probably the most hypocritical campaign I have ever seen. Majority doesn’t want trump as president cause he’s a hotheaded racist who can’t keep his mouth shut. But in order to keep him out of office they support a hot headed racist who can’t keep his mouth shut. Almost feels like I’m living in persona they freely call out the faults of the opposing party but ignore these very same traits in their own party.

I loved Yoshida's Confidant, to the point where I'm a little disappointed that when the shit with Shido went down, he wasn't mentioned more. I would have loved it if at the start of the Shido Arc, NPCs compared Shido to Yoshida if your Confidant was maxed by that time. Yoshida's effectively a foil to Shido for crying out loud! A man who's wrongfully considered rotten by the masses when he's actually a good, principled man, fighting for a better tomorrow for his country, compared to Shido, a man who claims to be a man of the people and wanting a better future for the country, but in reality is a scumbag who would sell out his country if it meant securing a better life for himself.

@@spicychicken9163 I wrote that a while back, when I was more right-wing, but there's still some logic to it: If it's free to study art history, which will never be a particularly large or profitable field, then way too many people will have an art history education that they can't easily build upon to attain a career that is satisfying or profitable to them and/or to society.
