Pickled vegetables - wonderfully fragrant and delicious addition to main dishes or to independent snack. The vegetables themselves are healthy, and yet subjected to the natural process of pickling become a light snack and a natural probiotic. If I add 2 more features - i.e. delicious taste and great aroma, it is difficult to resist making it for yourself.
I assure you it's worth it. As soon as you open a jar with such silage, the aroma immediately spreads around the room. The added garlic perfectly turns up the aroma.
The composition is not constant and you can maneuver and adapt it to your taste with the quantity. Time of production is quite short, one week, up to two and you have a good # home # vegetables # pickled.
