It's the Polish song with the same tune. "Szara Piechota" means "Grey Infantry". Both songs are patriotic and relate to the fight for independence; Polish one is about Pilsudski's Legions during World War One, and Romanian one is about the will of Romanian nation to get Transylvania back.
