Today we went to Chelmsford Police Station. Essex Police also have their home base here in Chelmsford, you may of noticed me pointing it out on the Chelmsford Prison film, I go back to do that as it was a super interesting shaped building.

Hello! Do you now of anyone who could support me with legal advice or anything possibly please?! I flew my registered dji mini 2 drone (with oporators id displayed) which I've owned for at least a year, in west London during carnival weekend. Police seized my drone and tablet while i was landed and the drone was put away. They are trying to charge me with criminal offenses and threatening me with arrest unless i accept an interview, They want me to accept a community resolution and accept liability. The CAA allowed me access to the authorization zone (blue) which covers the football stadium which i flew in which was also in the apparent temp NFZ set up for canival weekend. I didn't accept or get prompted about flying into this apparent temp nfz and there was no limitations on the drone but there was the invisible barrier protecting the football stadium before i unlocked. :ps the prison is close and is a nfz which you can not fly into. your videos are awesome videos btw !

I'm afraid not, I guess only because I've not yet need legal support myself. Truth is I have to be a good boy so I don't fly in temp restricted areas. But i believe just because you was aloud to unlock the blue zone, doesn't mean you have the rights of the person's that requested the restrictions, sorry I can't be more helpful, I would want to know what they would be charging you with,, I mean what C. A. A. Regulations did you brake to get the threat of police arrest, arrested for what exactly?, I'm thinking your more so right and they are bluffing as they need to blame a Name for the conbected commotion your flight drummed up. thanks for your comment and best of luck with that.

@@southernaudits Thanks for replying :) The offenses are: Flying beyond Visual Line of Sight(Air Navigation Order Article 265A(2))Breach of ANO Article 265A(1)(a) and IR Article 4(1)(d) - causing or permitting flight without maintaining VLOS>summery: a fine. and Flying a drone within restricted airspace (i.e. where a statutory prohibition or restriction has been granted under ANO Article 239).Air Navigation Order article 239(4)239(4) It is an offence to contravene, permit the contravention of or fail to comply with any regulations made under this article>Summary: fine not exceeding level 4.

I haven't been cautioned and the police showed up and seized the drone after it was packed away. I Have been offered a community resolution ( a telling off and a warning if I accept liability for the offenses) and threatened with arrest if I did not voluntary attend an Police interview.
