Today I wanted to try making a Pineapple Pound Cake with a Pineapple flavored Cream Cheese Glaze.

INGREDIENTS I USED:
Start in oven preheated to 325 degrees for 1 hour 15-20 mins.
3 Sticks of Butter (Room Temperature)
3 Cups Sugar
5 Eggs (Room Temperature)
3 Cups Cake Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Milk (Room Temperature)
1 Can of Crushed Pineapples (DRAINED)
1 dropper full of Pineapple Oil (or more)
1 Tsp Creme Bouquet Flavoring
FOR CREAM CHEESE GLAZE I USED:
Powdered Sugar
Cream Cheese
Pineapple Oil
Milk (Or Pineapple Juice)

Those legs on your pan are to keep an angel food cake from falling. When the cake was done the cake was turned upside down and these little legs kept it off the counter.This type pan was called an angel food cake pan. I enjoy your show a lot!

That pan you used is actually an angel food cake pan. The raised feet help in getting the cake to drop from the pan. But they are phenomenal for pound cakes too!

The iffical name for your cake pan is called a TURK PAN. The legs are for faster cooling. Your cake looks delicious. Keep up the wonderful baking.

Hi Ms. Donna, love your videos! The things that stick up on your bundt pan are feet. You would flip an angelfood cake and let it cool so it stays fluffy.😊Some folks even flip the cake and put a coke bottle in the center so the top of the cake doesn't touch the counter.

Hey Donna I can't wait to try this one too. I ordered the pineapple oil from Amazon and the baker Joy too cause I count find that in my supermarkets. This is my plan I make the cake and slice half and wrap it up and give it away, so I don't eat it all. I got the oils with 12 different flavors so if you make other flavors I will already have it. Girl when you said purify the pineapples I was cracking up. YOUR CAKES ARE ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!

I remember making a pistachio pie with cool whip and either Jello or pistachio pudding as part of the ingredients. It was very good after it was refrigerated, but I forgot how to make it. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Cake looks beautiful!! I know it tastes great too. Pineapple cake is one of my favorites. I sometimes add coconut flakes and some tequila for a Hawaiian twist. And you are so right - many discoveries were made from trying stuff. That happens all the time in my kitchen. I love to experiment.

Hi Donna! New to your channel...loving the cakes!!! Not sure if you found out but from what I remember your cake tin can be used to make angel food cake and to cool it you flip the pan upside down and it balances on the 3 metal parts, to prevent the light cake from dropping/sinking down in pan. Hope that help!!

One more comment. I went to Michaels the other day for flavoring oil for some candy I was making. They have quite a good selection of flavors there. I believe it is the same brand that you showed on your video. They run about 3.99 for a twin pack.
