Started my own clean eating lifestyle change this year and really enjoying the challenge of getting at least 30 different plants weekly. Over here in Australia we're really enjoying fresh asparagus, yellow bell squash, chokos and brussel sprouts. Seeing your Washington cherries got me excited. Our tree comes into fruit for Christmas - its amazing to be able to pick your own cherries right out of the back garden.

Hi Christine, I'm Vietnamese and my childhood is running around the farm which had coffee plants and durian trees. We also steam durian seeds and peel off the skin and eat it like a potato (taste like potato and nutty).

Omg I just found you tonight watching another plant based couple that I follow. You are awesome. I love your videos. You are now one of my favorites. On a very personal note I have to tell you, i Believe God led me to opening your KZfaq video tonight. Without exploiting my marital issues over the internet, I just want to say that while watching your video I expanded the description box to read about you and at the very end I come upon your last paragraph that reads, In case you don’t hear this enough, you are loved, you are valuable and you matter in this world……thank you Christine. If anything else, you made a very big impact in my thinking tonight. 😢and I want to say thank you for lifting me up. You are just a walking Produce. How wonderful that you can eat all those fruits. I am pre-diabetic and always try to keep my A1c at 5.9 or below. I have to limit all my sweet fruits. I do eat many salads especially raw vegetables I love the crunch and the variety without harming my A1c. You are one inspiration to many people who need that extra push that you can deliver.

That dipping sauce looks amazing! As far as produce get those produce bags that help keep produce longer. They are plastic but a thick plastic so they are washable & reusable. I take mine to the store, when I remember, and use those vs the stores produce bags. From my experience they really do work!

I am a 9 year vegan. I started out as a raw vegan and I lost a lot of weight right away. My hair and skin looked healthy and I had that shine and glow. I felt amazing!! I then transitioned to a WFPB diet and was able to maintain my weight and still felt pretty good with no health issues. But then I fell victim to all this junk food that started coming out and I gained all my weight back and I just don’t feel healthy anymore. I decided a week ago to go back to raw to lose the weight and get back to feeling great and I just happened to find your channel!! You are definitely an inspiration to my get back to health journey!! Thank you for all your videos and inspiration.

@StephenieWith3Es
@StephenieWith3Es Жыл бұрын
When I did my food service exams 25+ years ago I was told melons cause a lot of food poisoning in the food industry. So I was taught to wash them well before slicing. I guess it’s because they’re grown on the ground and the act of slicing through the melon draws surface germs throughout it’s cut surface. Do you suppose that may be the culprit? Yeah…say no to food poisoning!

No wonder you look so great. I am vegan too but only buy a few organic things once in a while and do not eat as much fruit as I should but I have been doing this for almost 11 years and people are surprised when I say I am almost 35, they say I look a lot younger. If I did not work shifts that make me so tired I would probably look like 22 😂
