Thanks for the video however it would had been more informative if you mentioned how to tell if the pain is caused by the piriformes muscle, by a lumbar disc, Si joint or even by the hip. Thanks again.

I tried this last night and with my belly it was a bit tough to get the foot on the knee and lean forward but with with continuous attempts it’ll get easier. Nice exercise. :) ❤️
