Farming in autumn is a feature, not a bug. Your farmers are planting the "spring crop" which will be ready earlier in the year. There's 2 planting seasons and two harvest seasons in a year. you plant in spring to harvest in autumn and you plant in autumn to harvest in the next spring/summer.

Apollo, Farming tips. 1 family can feasibly manage a 1 Morgan Field. For 2 families, you should have 4 single Morgan fields, letting 2 fields sit fallow while farming the other 2 by using crop rotation. Letting the fields sit fallow for a season in between harvest will prevent the fields from going barren. So something like: Field 1: Season 1 Wheat, Season 2 Fallow, Season 3 Wheat. Field 2: Season 1 Fallow, Season 2 Wheat, Season 3 Fallow. Field 3: Season 1 Wheat, Season 2 Fallow, Season 3 Wheat. Field 4: Season 1 Fallow, Season 2 Wheat, Season 3 Fallow.

To see how many free houses you have, at the top there is a house symbol and the plus with it is how many your building then compare that to the unassigned families and working families added together, then you can see how many houses are unassigned

I kinda like the village, the couple new houses with unsymmetrical gardens add a bit of authenticity. Medieval Europeans didnt design their towns in Huge Blocks so its nice to have some change here and there. Hyped for the game, hyped for the next episode!

This is a pretty cool game with some amazing graphics and the ability to zoom in and go third person. It is easy to see how time can go by so fast. Looking forward to the next one Apollo.

Played it on Steam's Demo Fest long time ago, looked good and interesting and it was on my radar for a year and a half, so finally tomorrow is going to be the day! The town is growing, it looks better, although I feel that it lacks a larger town square where a market more appropriate for the size of the city can be located. I am glad that you have placed the house of the Lord in a strategic area (near the road that goes outwards and right in front of the town, to better defend it from attacks) and has enough space to grow; Also, we must admit that the church looks better on the hill, with the improvement you made to it.

Noticed on another play through if you hit “tab” on the keyboard you get an overview of the houses and what they need. Should be able so see which houses are full or empty. When this guy did it he could see happiness and that one houses needed food and another needed clothing. Also look into charcoal pit as it increases efficacy on fuel for homes

If you hold tab I’m pretty sure that shows you an overview of your buildings so you know if people are living in the houses or not and if they need anything

Taking bandit camps will higher your influence, and also give you money to focus on your personal guard, there’s also a perk to take 60 percent of the upgrade cost of the personal guard down. Anyhow, your doing great, the best part of your vids is that you show the little engagements/ battles up close and scenic

Believe it or not IRL there is a thing called "winter wheat" depends on where you live but for like the Northern US you can plant in Sep/Oct and harvest it in Summer.

A pro tip: to see how many free houses you have, you just have to merge the left corner families with the working ones :D Let's say at 1:06:12 you have 4 idle and 22 working = 26 in total but you have 27 houses so 1 is still free. Can't wait for the 26th
