Yes!,I remember years ago when he went for Tory leadership,he came across as a bit of an oddball,but as I've got older,he comes across as a wise old head,very clued up,and a PROPER Tory,I like this guy,yes-he is deadpan,but he's a good talker,no nonsense,and we need to take onboard his advice.
