Green plantain (and green bananas) are savoury and have no sweet taste

Nice recipe. Thank you. But, can it be baked? For how long if yes?

The recipe is too "wet" to be baked. However, if you add flour, you can put the mixture in ramekins and bake in the oven and they have the same texture as moi moi (bean pudding)
