Being a dietitian, I love to find places where I can grow my own fruits and vegetables at home, whether that be in a garden, a container, or in the landscaping around my house. Edible landscaping is a concept I love and I'm excited to try my hand at it.
In this video, I'm adding 3 new rhubarb plants to the landscape. Rhubarb is perennial, so I'm eager to see how the plants do over time and what kind of rhubarb harvest I'll get in the future!
For a point of reference, I'm in Virginia in Zone 7. I like to grow a lot of rare heirloom varieties in my garden, which means lots of interesting shapes and colors!
