Plastic waste and sand! Te new parking paving tile "ZIG ZAG" . First test.

This is a video from my latest project for a parking paving element. I called it "ZIG ZAG". It is made using plastic sand technology, which is designed for processing plastic waste. In this sample we mixed 50/50 mixture of waste plastic and sand. We also put some red paint. The following is the basis on which these details will be arranged as LEGO. Expect a sequel.

This is a machine I would love to buy but I want to confirm, how do you get the block to be equal because this process is not like injection moulding. The block type I have in mind must be equal. Also how would you deliver the machine if it's in another country?

After the part is removed from the mold, it is placed in a calibrator, which has six sockets in which the part cools down and thus does not deform. We ship the installation with a 20-foot container. For details please write to me at enail plastitsam@abv.bg or watsapp 00359888494116

What's the ratio of sand and plastic? Are they using ( LDPE , HDPE and mainly PET)? Because most of the people don't use PET because it breaks so easily. Hope you'll reply my questions.

You will need at least 80-100 tons.

@@kotarakafeliks We was able to make plastic pot with 6 tons hydraulic. 780 gram weight.

@@preciousplasticph You are heroes. But if you mix in the plastic 50% sand, which is needed to be strong and withstand weather changes in temperature, you will need many more tones. About 60-80 tons.

@@kotarakafeliks I am thinking to utilise lot of plastic waste in my town. Here are few questions I have for you. 1. Can we add HDPE, LDPE, PP, PET, PVC waste all ? together? Please confirm. 2. Can I use crushed powder of glass bottle instead of sand? We get beer glass bottle at throwaway price and it is another municipal waste along with plastic in my town. 3. What is the weight of each block?

@@lumbotandu7849 We are the producer of this machines. The installation costs 38000 euro with the moulds. We can make the moulds with a drawing or muster in Your standart/the standart is different in the countries/. Time to work-3 months.Installed power-20 kW The installation includes: 1.Specially extruder 2.Press machine 3.Calibrator cooler for the ready details The machine can make 60 pieces per hour. The making area is 20 m2 without warehouses. If You have any questions please send us.The produce time is two months . The line for the production of floor coverings and roof tiles is the same. Just change molds. There is also a difference in the plastic mixture because it can also be used petrified PET bottles. The installed power is 25 kilowatts, but the working consumption is about 10 kilowatts. The blending ratio is 30% plastic and 70% sand. Marble flour can also be used to better achieve the desired color. For paint, use is an oxide cement paint.. The cost does not include delivery costs. You will get a detailed video on launching and operating the machines. You need to specify what details you want to make.
