Playing The LBP2 Story Mode In LBP3! (Archived)

Жыл бұрынSince LBP2 is (officially) locked on the PS3 since I never got a remaster/port or anything of that sort on the PS4 or PS5. But that doesn’t matter because you can play the entire story mode on LBP2 right now for free! (Plus you can copy them to your moon and mess around in create mode with them) Just search up “LittleBigPlanet 2 Remastered” on the community moon and at the top the level will show up.

Thank you for making this video i would've never known that this was possible. after LBP 2 got shut down i was never able to replay it and after see this I'd like to thank you for giving me hope that i can finally play LBP 2 once more.

This also gives me a valid reason to download LBP 3 again i was sceptical of doing because of how unfun the game was because of the awful glitches and bugs.

@@isabelle2533 the cool thing is, you can also play the lbp1 levels too and all the Disney dlc this same way. Just not the lbp3 Nickelodeon ones. But you can also play the down under from lbp psp, and Sackboy’s prehistoric moves with remasters that me and a few others did.

@Tony-- For some reason, i think LBP 2 was corrupted or something happened because it got deleted from my PS3 and I couldn't redownload it because the PlayStation store never loaded. I had the digital version of LBP 2, not the physical copy so that's another factor.

You could probably move the original lbp2 map files to lbp3 using backwards compat.

These are the originals? They were just put into LittleBigPlanet 2 Remastered for the sake of havint an easier way of playing the levels

Is it really exactly the same? Because idk if to buy a ps3 and get lbp1 and 2 or buy lbp3 and ps4 and be able to play the other games? Does it also improve the graphics?

the servers for lbp3 have sadly been shut down, so now this is no longer possible. now the only way besides private servers to play these levels, is buy the original game. i’d recommend playing the original anyway tho, better experience.

@@dinofreak01 when they are archived it’s kinda like bringing over the files of the real level and it not being remade from scratch but just any person. These are the real levels from lbp2 ported over into lbp3 pretty much.
