Topping:
1.5 cup plain flour
3/4 cup sugar
180g butter
1.5 cup granola
3/4 cup rolled oats

Filling:
1Kg Plums ( pitted and cut into small pieces 2cm sqares )
1/3 cup sugar
cinnamon
1 Tsp vanilla sugar

Step By Step :
-place plums into rectangular shape dish
-combine all the topping ingredients together with fingers until moist clumps form
- sprinkle the topping over plums evenly
-bake for 45 mins on 180c
-plum crumble is done when the fruits
release juices and the topping is golden brown
-serve warm into the bowls or small plate
-you can serve with vanilla ice-cream
