I appreciate the "slowness" of the episode. In fact, for me, it's not slow, but the episode simply reflects the unfolding of the facts and the story. The dialogues are not slow, they are real for this type of story. The "slowness" of understanding what is happening is so real... Other episodes are fast because the story is fast (I hope I can explain my reasoning. English is not my language). However, I'm such a fan of Space:1999 that I suffer hearing someone make fun of Space:1999, for example... Richard J. when he snores... ;-) Thank you for your video.

great episode of space 1999 well directed by C Crichton, great music. background plates from this and other episodes also appear in Nightmare of Eden (dr who 1979) look forward to the next podcast.

Im a little biassed...as i love Space both seasons. The cerebral and very epic first season and the more action focussed second. I appreciate that there is criticism, and people are entitled to their opinions, but Space 1999 was and still is my childhood, and has a special place in my heart both there, and now...and i cannot criticise what i still believe to be one of the best TV shows ever. ❤ Your Dad was simply the best!

I rarely use the term SmartPhone, since smart phones aren't all that intelligent, but instead I always pay homage to the first Gerry Anderson TV series that I ever saw Super Car by referring to phone as Super Phone. The sad part is, I doubt anyone has ever connected Super Phone with Super Car.

Not wishing to be that guy, but this is one of my least episides from S1. Richard Johnson was a reasonable actor, but his snail-like staccato delivery in this ep is just *painful*. But, if he’d talked at normal cadence, the show would’ve been only 20mins long. I always hit skip on this one…
