Doesn't that goat know that parrots only eat crackers and not junk food? (radios, tin cans, papers, etc.). This hilarious Columbia cartoon proves my point regarding that parrot's mistakes.

That was so good. Polly was great, but that goat stole the show. Roughage. I kept thinking he reminded me of someone, looking at 5:01 to 5:04 I think Side Show Bob may have some of Joe's toon DNA. His manner of speaking reminds me of Bob too. These quirky Phantasy toons are definitely marching to the beat of a different drummer, but it works for me, all cartoons do not have to be antic gags.

Better than the cartoons the Fleischers were making just before getting fired (with the possible exception of Popeye).

i liked how they played the columbia cartoon's from the late 40's on weinerville season 1 in 1993 along with the 60's paramount cartoons never that stupid 2nd season of weinerville in 1994 there that sound that can be heard anywhere like on figure it out with steve burns and brian knobbs and how they played those stupid chipmunks and clyde crashcup that's not my style anymore
