The UPA cartoons are fun but pretty much all of their other cartoons that weren't Fox and Crow are just big horrifically animated WTFs. Like this one :D

The UPA cartoons were finely animated like "Rooty-Toot-Toot" and Mr. Magoo. This cartoon and the earlier cartoons are Columbia Cartoons not UPA.

These Columbia shorts appeared to go for plagarism above anything else. The vulture sounds like the buzzard from WHAT’S BUZZIN BUZZARD

The Vulture character seems to be an homage to or parody of Jimmy Durante IMO...
