"Frango à Passarinho" is a typical Portuguese dish, fried chicken but with a smaller cut. The name in English is - small bird chicken - because the cut is smaller and resembles small birds, and also because it is the name of the cut.
Ingredient List:
- 1 whole chicken
- 2 tbsp paprika powder
- 4 cloves of grated garlic
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 30 ml of brandy
