I've been browsing recipes for porchetta. I want to attempt it this Xmas. This was already a pretty good version. Then you broke out that oil bath! I will use this recipe.

Bonjour Paulo. J'apprécie la qualité de vos recettes; Vous êtes un bon prof, mais je me permets de vous faire un très gros reproche::l ABCENCE TOTALE DE précisions dans les quantités. C'est navrant, car si l'on met trop de ketchup ou de coriandre ,le plat est perdu. J'espère que mon message sera lu, car j'écris cela pour vous rendre service et pour que ceux qui cuisinent puissent dire ""oh que c'est bon"". Bien amicalement de la France Chris 06

Great video. Definitely going to make this for my Portuguese boyfriend. Can you use rice instead of pasta. I’m pretty sure I had this with rice in Portugal.
