I know we have a been all stuck at home during this crazy time (and yes safe at home) How are you holding up?
Positive parenting or peaceful parenting - we all know the benefits of it but what if you are under a lot of stress during uncertain times? Is it still possible? I discuss this in today's video and how our window of tolerance may be shorter. Understanding this and practicing the tips in the video will help you on your parenting journey!

Oh my gosh, it has been such a struggle to remain positive in parenting the last 2 months. I have definitely not prioritized myself. I also agree that my kids are 100% happier when I can give them some 1:1 time

This is so informative and well timed as the tensions are running high at home these days! Thank you for the tips! It’s been working for me to just keep things as simple as possible and lessen expectations especially around house cleanliness!! Love the video bombing kiddo too ;)

These tips are so helpful!!! Thank you for forming these thoughts here! I kept thinking to myself the thoughts about responsibility a few times but when someone says it, it sounds official haha. It’s my responsibility with how I react as well as with setting up the life for myself and my kids in this weird time. Thank you!!!

I shared some tips on how can we stay sane during this stressful times in motherhood too. My top 1 advice is to know your trigger and always prioritize them. As for me it's showering, getting enough sleep and have a bit of me time all by myself. (I tried to prioritize these and it helped me not to get easily angry and annoyed with everyone including my husband. 😆 It's really that hard during these time, we are expected to do 4x of jobs all in one as a mom.. It is trully a survival mode. Thankfully it went a little bit normal here now in Norway & hopefully over there as well!
