Thank You , Kelly just perfect timing. A lot of Wisdom , moving forward. Taking this with me . Helpful to talk to the Doctor about ,flesh & bone trauma. I just had to get Assertive about it was my time to heal and I’m taking that time and I’m going to do it right , and the world can just take care of it self and I wish you well also Love & Respect your Awesome Body will encourage you for that kind of life , Growing & Resting with Great-fulness . Great video ; I use a far infra light as well as a lot of these . Great point about whole foods , couldn’t agree more. Also a lot of people talk about black pepper ( compound pepperin? ) with the turmeric .

Wow. Iam using 5 of those things and then some. I was worried I wasn't doing things right. Thank you for your affirmation about what I am currently doing for a compound lower tibia and fibia fracture on my right leg. My ankle and muscles feel like crap. It's my 4 day out to my cast. Practicing my ROM exercise 💪. Getting more into it each day. I ordered a exercise mat. Just going to slowly work on stretching it out.

@@seniorxj2931 yeh and I don't think ya doc will prescribe them for ya. Post op most just send u home with painkillers and do bit of physio and good luck. Nothing bout nutrition, supplements etc that would accelerate healing.
