Oh my goodness - this is the perfect stretch. I've been looking for one with proper technique and the stretches we did when I took dance classes and this is it! Super stoked to finally get that stretch that hits all the right muscles. Thank you!!

I do this stretch about 2 times every week, with my mom. We love it! it's relaxing, comforting, your instructions help follow it without watching the screen. Just wanted to stop by and say thank you, because I haven't found anything like it on other channels yet and it's a regular staple for us. Excellent video.

I do a number of different workouts now including lifting but this is my favorite closing segment. I always come back here to stretch no matter the workout I just did. Coach Kel is great.

Hi! Loved your mat workout! Came to your full body stretch and liked your guided stretch but felt you missed a good tricep stretch especially after you targeted them in your mat routine. I’m a lazy stretcher and found your stretch routine very beneficial in keeping me on task! Thanks again!

I discovered a channel during this lockdown that as some amazing stretch tutorials, and my flexibility as improved big time since I started doing the tutorials on It, I'm about to do one of the split tutorials the instructor on this channel is apparently over 50 and is still splitting he really leads by example amazing channel, I'll leave you the link if you want to check it out kzfaq.info/get/bejne/l7aDh6qY2cqqe5s.html

Bro I was doing this and when I went to go do that thing at 730 I nearly pulled my muscle, or worse. That was very scary and if you’re a guy I would not recommend trying to do that
