I found it hard to find a yoga class that was safe for diastasis recti after my pregnancy so I created this series of postnatal yoga safe for diastasis recti that also include diastasis recti healing exercises.

Just love your yoga workouts! They make me feel strong and relaxed. I only wish you had some, that are only 20 minutes to squeeze it in, when you don't have much time.

Hi Lisa! I’m so glad you asked! I just scanned all my postpartum yoga and workouts and realized I have lots of shorter postpartum workouts, but not yoga! Hi, Can you do an intense deep stretch, core/abs/bums - yoga sesh diastasis Recti Safe. Love these but all quite gentle. Want to really push myself using yoga? Thanks for all your videos. Love them!

Hi, i had my csection and my baby is 16 months old now.. what is the best time to do this exercise as i hardly get time.. pls suggest.. also i want to reduce my bulgy tummy.. waiting for ur revert

Hi mam, your workouts are awesome, I have a doubt pls reply. I delivered baby 6 months back but still I look like 7 month pregnant my tummy is out very badly so wich excercise works for tummy HIIT or this yoga?

Hi! I'm happy you are enjoying the videos. Is your "mummy pouch" from diastasis recti or extra weight, skin or bloating? If the bulge is from DR then the yoga and diastasis recti playlist will be more helpful. If it's from extra weight around your middle then the HIIT style and this weight management course will be more helpful. bit.ly/2mjlsF5

I'm not sure I understand your questions. You could do this a few times a week or 1 x per day is common although some moms do it twice per day (or combined with other videos/exercises).
