We have the hottest summer in Utah. No rain in side . Often we have simple meals. Like hamburgers. Or tomatoe and cucumber sandwiches. Or egg salad sandwiches.

Oh! At 60 years old now, these were and are staple foods! 🤤😋 Love cucumber and tomato sandwiches. When my kids were younger they would eat right out of the garden as well as these sandwiches,

I learned a trick from another site. She flours her roast the sears it. Then you when you put your juice in the pot. When it's done it makes its own gravy. Its wonderful.

Wonderful Sunday dinner ❤ I must admit to having never eaten a Yorkshire pudding but as many times as I have seen you make it & knowing it's rather simple, I believe I'm going to make it with our next pot roast. I'm not sure the hubby will eat it but I know he'll at least try it - he's too trusting of my cooking, God love him (lol) but he's always up for trying something at least once 😂. I'll have to try to remember & let you know how it goes. Thank you so much Bev. I never get tired of your videos & I'm so blessed to have found you so many, many years ago - you're truly a blessing! 💁🏻‍♀️I'm 😮planning a solo retreat through Thailand in the late spring and as odd as it sounds, there is an English pub (the owners are British who retired in Thailand) at one of my destinations I plan to visit and while there I expect to enjoy a complete sunday roast with my 1st taste of a Yorkshire pudding...I hope it's everything I want it to be😊

Yum Bev, I haven’t had a roast beef dinner in so long. Roast is just so expensive anymore even on sale. I was almost drooling like Gracie does, lol….looks delicious. Only thing that would make Papa happier is Lasagna, lol. That’s a meal fit for a king in my book. Gracie loved it too. Have a blessed day ❤️🤗
