I was expecting the line, “I’m a nice guy!” Which is a huge red flag. But pretty much every other one was there.

Always have a backup plan if you're going on a first date. Drive yourself or have a friend on standby if your date insists on picking you up. I have a friend who went on a date a couple of years ago. The guy he met insisted on picking him up, the date was bad and there were so many red flags. I get a text from my friend about the situation since he was stuck on his date with no way out. I drove to the restaurant they were at. He told the date that they had to use the restroom and walked out. I met him at the door in case the guy saw him walk out. He got in my car, and I drove him home. Always make sure you have someone available to avoid bad or even dangerous situations.

Literally had a guy talk about himself the WHOLE time. He kept complaining I wasn’t talking. I told him I was nervous because it was my first first date if that makes sense. I finally got comfortable and answered some of his questions. After I answered no more than 5 questions, he straight up looks at me and says “I’m done talking about you, can we talk about me?” I kid you not, the ENTIRE restaurant death glared him. They could hear because he was a very loud person.
