I had someone yesterday come to the wrong location! There are two cookie stores in the mall and someone showed up for their cake. We found out it was upstairs in the second location and told her where to go and she was so mad that we weren't going to deliver it to her and save her the walk there.

🙀🙀😹😹😹😹 That is the height of laziness!! How big can the mall be? Not that it really matters - I’m sure that she’s walked around the whole thing before, shopping. It’s not a big deal to ask her to go to the location she ordered it from; she didn’t even have to leave the building! Especially if there are only one or two of you working as you don’t want to close down just to make her happy! And I think two is the minimum you’d want there, unless you’re closing!!

i’ve been mistaken as a sales clerk twice in two different stores, and thankfully both times the person has said “sorry” and left to find one. Yet I’m scared one day I’ll say “l’m not one” and face an encounter with “Karen” who will insist I am and not leave me alone.

I work at a fast-food place that has two locations on the same street. I am constantly having to explain to those that are there to pick up food delivery that we have another location on the same street. The worst was a male (Karen?)! He came in looking for an order and I asked for his name. He gave it to me. We didn't have any orders by that name. Turns out that since I asked for his name that is what he gave me and not the name for the order, silly me. He ended up writing corporate and complained about me using the B-word! The district manager made my general manager call the guy and apologize for my behavior. When I saw the district manager, I told him that I lost all respect for him. How dare he requires us to apologize to someone who thinks it is okay to call someone that name in writing. It just shows you how that guy acted in person.

I laughed at the last video, here we start counting down for Christmas day at the first month that ends in BER, which is September, you can see tons and tons of Christmas decorations, and we also don't have Thanksgiving, I think it's combined together with Christmas but I'm not sure.

I’m 11 and going into middle school and this 5th grade teacher who wasn’t mine was the biggest jerk I’ve ever seen. she was basically in a bad mood for the whole day and if one of her students did the tiniest thing wrong, she would get mad at them. to anybody who had a teacher like her, I feel sorry for u.
