Hi! I just eyeballed this saw at the webshop. Read few reviews and watched your video about it. Looks great saw on the videos. I read many have had problems with the battery locking clip coming of the saw and there is no spare parts on the market or on the manufacturer. Also it comes with 2Ah battery which seems rather small capasity for such a big saw? Yours seems to have 4Ah battery am I right?

Yes I used a 4ah battery from greenworks you have to modify the saw to use those batteries. I bought the bare saw no battery. I did a video showing how I did it . It's pretty much the same saw as the greenworks 60v I love it and still use it. I have a greenworks mower, string trimmer and blower and enjoy all of them. Definitely check out greenworks.

Hi. Was the modification for the Greenworks batteries difficult? Asking since I have the same chainsaw and just noticed the Powerworks batteries seem to be discontinued. Thanks! @@thesmokingplank

If you check out my unboxing video i do the modification there its only 2 tabs in the saw that needs ground down. It was pretty simple. Amazon sells knockoff 60v batteries now 80-120 dollars. Its a good little saw and my most used . kzfaq.info/get/bejne/a8qndLaTztayfp8.htmlsi=0XO8ypM8rra5TTz-

thanks. the old version 1 is only $150 amazon with a battery! I burned up one craftsman 60v chainsaws, and antoher wont' power up after one use,they are crap. hopefully this one lasts longer.

Thats a good price. I still have it and one out of 3 batteries I had died out won't charge. Other than that it still works great. Almost 3years later I recommend Greenworks or powerworks 60v stuff.
