Today, I’m talking about 10 popular pre-made shakes.
I went to a couple of grocery stores to find these options so I know that these are widely available for you to try and see for yourselves.
The major thing I’m going to answer is ‘would I personally keep these in my fridge?’ This will be based on passing The Test (10g of protein for every 100 calories) and taste.

Im very biased here for this topic. Muscle Milk and Core Power BOTH have shakes that are 40 AND 42 grams of protein. They are absolutely fantastic! I never had Quest coffee flavor but my Costco has the Premier Protein mocha coffee and I really like that. Put the pre made coffee ones with more homemade coffee and they truly are a miracle

Good video … thanks for your time! You def got your protein in today 😁 the OWYN cookies and cream premade is good but it’s lower protein than the one you had today with the higher protein. The OWYN cookies and cream powder is yucka tho.

Wondering about the 15g of Carbs on Slate… seems high compared to the others and with only 2g of Fiber. Where is it coming from and do you care?

I love your content, but admit that I am a bit biased against Fairlife considering the two federal lawsuits against them for animal abuse. Too many other options available.
