How come you keep putting the Premier Protein back on the shelf after every other take? lol You didn't mention it here either, or the prices of everything you bought. Low fat cottage cheese is an awesome form of high quality protein too especially when on a budget. Isopure is my go to protein. It's the only powder I use. No crap in that stuff. All protein. I can still find the smaller (16 serving) bags at one local place at the price of $19.89 per bag. Everywhere else has gone from $26 and up for it. One of the gyms I go to has that large container for $76. No thanks.

I’m 6’6”. According to BMI charts I should be 184.3 lbs MAXIMUM. I would be at 0% body fat at 225 lbs. BMI is a dang joke…

I agree but did you really have to go to the grocery store instead of just getting the trail mix and do it at home

Franks wing sauce or hot sauce are both good choices too. Zero calories zero sugar but full flavor.

I mean, they taste good but they are not healthy at all. What kind of body builder recommends something packed with sugar and syrup? 🤦🏽 not to mention a bottle is $4. Just buy a damn protein powder shake and get Goat milk or Chickpea milk

I eat this every morning with two eggs, almond milk and protein shake💯 I top it with sugar free syrup and a little whip cream and one banana.

Yes. And that's a major reason homemade food can't compete with restaurants. They lather and fry everything in butter, salt, sugar etc. They don't give a shit about the customer's health, they care about making the food taste as good as they can.
