3 жыл бұрынPlantain Pancakes made with overripe plantains with no sugar added! These plantain pancakes are so good on their own but you could equally enjoy them in sweet or savory ways. I love them with some butter, syrup drizzled on top and some fruits. So yummy!

INGREDIENTS FOR PLANTAIN PANCAKES
3 large overripe plantains
2 cups all-purpose (plain) flour, 250 grams
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup powdered milk
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 heaped teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
4 large eggs, at room temperature
2 cups water

Plantain for president always!!! I will purposefully buy overripe plantains just to try these!!! I love the ones from the waffle maker - I’m sure they tasted better 🤤😊😆 (I love waffle shaped pancakes lol) Hi to hubby’s reflection on the microwave behind you at the end 😆😆😁😁

I usually do the same but without flour. Try it without adding flour, and let us know. You can do the same for banana pancakes. Sometimes, I mix the both (plantains and banana, depending on how many overriped plantain or banana I have left).

This is a great way to use overripe plantain.i love.the the cinnamon you added in.i love the sizes too.very perfect kids can.easily grab to bite too.you did a good job.you really such an inspiration

Took coconut flour instead and it was awesome. The whole neighborhood was on the table and loved it! Thanks for this wonderful receipe 🤤
