This 24-minute practice contains Asana (poses) which are ground based, so no standing, including some grounding breath work to begin. Beautiful practice, exactly what I needed. I’m unable to exercise due to it bringing on waves of Braxtons and I am only 32 weeks, but my yoga practice does not do that and I am so so grateful. Best wishes to you and your family Ash. Congrats on your pregnancy!

This is so great thank you!!! Even my 2 year old managed to sit down with me for a whole 25 minutes and let me get some yoga in. Would you happen to have something or be working on anything a little more hips and pelvis focused (pregnancy friendly)? This pregnancy round I feel like my lower half is starting to give up on me. Love love love all your vids! 💕💕
