Learn how to present in Microsoft Teams with Dynamic View and Presenter Mode. These new Features in Teams 2021 help make more engaging Teams presentations. Presenter modes in Teams includes standout view, reporter view and side-by-side view. Dynamic View in Microsoft Teams has now fully rolled out to Commercial and Education, and allows more flexibility with Together Mode in Teams as well multi-person Microsoft Teams Spotlight mode.

I wish they'd let us enabling audio when sharing power points in the program. That seems to be more important than this.

Very interesting features. But how is it helpful if it is only visible for the organiser? I understand the attendants still see full presenter screen, and video gallery on top, but what does it do for the presenter/organizer to have these whole new views? On another close topic, wouldn't it be more helpful to make visible to presenter the chat box, hand raise and emoji - which are still completely a blind spot when going into full screen mode?

I like the new features. But when you record your session, the presenter mode will not be recorded, only the presentation window.

Unfortunately that is correct right now. There is work happening to improve this scenario in the future

@@MikeTholfsen This would be such a useful feature. It could be an easy way to record lessons combined with a customizable background (your school/university logo,...).

@@MikeTholfsen Is there anything on the roadmap right now for when recordings will start to respect presenter mode and spotlights? They came out with spotlight almost a year ago and teased then that recordings would eventually respect it but still nothing. I could probably be more patient if i was able to track progress through a roadmap item. Thx and great video.

This is nice. Now how about a feature where if a student turns off his or her camera, he or she cannot see anyone either? Can the organizer of the meeting do something like that?
