Hey Mike, if you screenrecord a regular Teams meeting in Tile-View and spotlight the presenter, the recording only shows the tile-viewmode. How does the recording look like in the new Webinar feature? Is the presenter always fullscreen in the recording?

1) REGISTRATION is it must for attendees, can’t bypass? 2) Registration for everyone: if this is disable for my organisation-does that mean external user to my Org. can’t join ?

Great video :-) There seems to be a character limit on the custom questions - do you happen toknow what the limit is? Also, do you know if it is possible to create hyperlinks within the custom questions?

What if registrants aren't receiving their registration confirmations? Is there a way the event organizer can resend through Microsoft Teams or find their unique URL and send to them directly?

Thanks for the video. Can I hide the names of the attendees so other attendees can’t see who else is attending? Also, can people attend if they do not have a 365 account and do not have TEAMS loaded? IE: with a web browser and no 365 account?

We do some in-house training. However we limit the number of attendees. Is it possible to limit a webinar to X attendees? If you can then once that limit is reached have anyone who tries to register go to a wait list?

Under the required Registration drop-down list , the option for everyone is disabled. what does it mean?

IT Admin might've disabled, or disabled by default until IT Admin enables. Secure by default

The organizer will need A3/A5, but anyone can attend the webinar (A1, external, etc.)

Hey Kara, this relates to your meeting settings for live events. If you go to these settings within the Teams admin center you can change them to everyone vs just internal and guest users

Good question, I'm not sure. But you will be able to "Lock" the meeting in the next few weeks (new feature) so that will be a way

What’s the difference between a live event and a webinar?

A webinar can be much more interactive and also run more easily. No producers needed, less complex. Also, Webinars now have a built-in registration process making it super easy

@@billyteoh2007 also it requires an enterprise license to see the dropdown. If you have a business plan you can still click new meeting and create the webinar event but it will never give you the drop down. I tested this out with multiple tenants.
