This class is all about pretty Genie variations and transitioning in and out of them nicely.
Learn the Do’s and Don’ts of clean lines, wide straddles, and strong and secure hooks on the pole.
Prerequisites: Leg Hangs, Genie, Butterfly (+ ideally Brass Monkey and splits)
✓ Intermediate & Advanced level
Recordings are available for 7 days to everyone who's registered. I’d love for you to get the most out of the lessons and to keep working on your own.

To be fair, you only used the genie sparingly and as a quick transition move. Which is about all the genie is good for lol 😆. The combos you demo'd were beautiful tho! Love it when your new posts pop up!

Haha Thanks! Not the dizziest-making class. Upright Twisty Shapes and Bendy Shapes were more dizzy
