I have listened. At around 6:45-6:54, she admitted something. She allowed him to impregnate her without paying her dowry. In most summons the letter will be handed over to you in person, not sure why he didn't attend 3 hearings, should we say he doesn't respect the court, and if so,whatever he says here should be tagged "LIES". Good it was a civil case if it were to be a criminal case you're either convicted and sentenced in your absence if the offense is only punishable by fine. Otherwise a warrant is issued for your arrest. To our African Queens out there,please always report a domestic violence to the police, u may not press a charges against your husband just get the police and doctors reports in case of tomorrow. And don't force yourself in a marriage if HE beats you all the time. And to my fellow African men, what do u gain from beating your woman?

Bride price is the cheapest thing in marriage and actually nonsensical in terms of amount. But it’s a huge thing when you look at it’s importance or value. Bride price is a seal of agreement that marriage has been brokered if accepted. And that it has been dissolved if rejected or returned. It is very important to return bride price freeing each other from commitments earlier agreed on. Bride price however do not relate to children born in marriage.

Any marriage that's devoid of trust can never last, talkless of going through your wife's phone or plotting to nail her to a fault is very bad. It's so sad seeing what our men and homes are turning to nowadays. Why is the children have to be the ones at the receiving end of every foolishness in a failed marriage. Why is a responsible man who has 2 children before and is accepted by a young beautiful lady (probably a virgin at that time) suddenly becomes unfaithful in the marriage after 12yrs of living together.
