Here's a primal locomotion sequence which combines two moves into a simple flow. This is a video from the Primal 45 program, 10 weeks of fun and challenging human movement for strength, mobility and athleticism.
Once you've learned some primal movements, a simple progression is to combine movements in a sequence or flow. This teaches you how to connect the movements and use transitions to move throughout your space in more creative ways. This particular combination combines the lateral monkey and the kick through. Great little sequence for mobility and coordination.
