Bending the Neck at 3.18 is in my professional opinion - as an MT & Phys. Therapist of 10 years - dangerous because you moved his head too fast at a bad angle. You should never, ever move a Client's Neck that fast. You could easily cause injury to an otherwise healthy Neck.
